1. PRICES, CURRENCY
Prices are per Kilograms, in EURO and VAT excluded.
2. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The Acceptance and the execution of each Purchase Order (PO) is performed within 10 (ten) working days from the PO receipt. The Order Acceptance is made by fax or e-mail, the relevant Acceptance Number is indicated and shall be used as reference for any communication with Confezioni Dolciarie Sara.
3. DELIVERY TIME AND SHIPPING COSTS
3.1 Delivery In Italy
Express delivery:
It is performed by “Executive” Carrier and the delivery is within 24 (twenty-four) hours from the shipping date.
Please note that the shipping cost is linked to the final destination, the weight, the volume and other parameters of the goods, so it might vary significantly on case by case; anyhow the total cost is always indicated in the Order Acceptance and in relevant invoice.
In this case, Confezioni Dolciarie Sara bears 50% of the shipping costs while the remaining 50% is in charge of the Purchaser.
Standard delivery time:
It is performed by standard Carrier and the delivery is within 6 (six) days from the shipping date. In this case the prices shall be considered as DDP (site).
3.2 Delivery Outside Italy
In this case the prices shall be considered as Ex-Works (Villa Verucchio) and then all shipping costs are in charge of the Purchaser.
4. MINIMUM QUANTITY PER PURCHASE ORDER
The minimum quantity per P.O. is single package ordered separately.
5. PRODUCT AVAILABILTY WARNING
Every year from January 1st until Easter the production is 100% dedicated to “Easter Eggs” and then no other Product is available. The normal production starts immediately after Easter.
6. PAYMENT TERMS
If not alternatively agreed before, the Payment Terms are:
6.1 Delivery In Italy
6.1.1 C.O.D. (Cash On Delivery)
100% of the Invoice shall paid cash on delivery.
Note:
If, instead of cash, the Purchaser prefers to use Bank Cheque then Confezioni Dolciarie Sara requires the copy of the Bank Cheque to be sent by fax (number +39.0541.677.008) or by e-mail (address INFO@SARADOLCIARIA.IT). The Bank Cheque shall pay 100% of the Invoice.
Please note that without the copy of the Bank Cheque Confezioni Dolciarie Sara will not proceed with the shipment.
In no case Bank Cheques from BANCOPOSTA are accepted.
6.1.2 Bank Transfer in advance
100% of the Invoice shall be paid via Bank Transfer in advance to the following bank Account:

Confezioni Dolciarie Sara requires the copy of the Bank Transfer to be sent by fax (number +39.0541.677.008) or by e-mail (address INFO@SARADOLCIARIA.IT).
The Bank Transfer shall pay 100% of the Invoice.
The Bank Transfer shall refer to Order Acceptance Number as communicated in the Order Acceptance; Confezioni Dolciarie Sara will not proceed with the shipment until having cashed in the Bank Transfer.
Please note that in case of delayed payment Confezioni Dolciarie Sara might, at its discretion, cancel the PO.
6.2 Delivery Outside Italy
As per paragraph 3.1: the prices are as Ex-Works (Villa Verucchio) and all shipping costs are in charge of the Purchaser, as far as payment terms are concerned:

The Bank Transfer shall pay 100% of the Invoice.
The Bank Transfer shall refer to Order Acceptance Number as communicated in the Order Acceptance; Confezioni Dolciarie Sara will not proceed with the shipment until having cashed in the Bank Transfer.
Please note that in case of delayed payment Confezioni Dolciarie Sara might, at its discretion, cancel the PO.
7. Late delivery
Confezioni Dolciarie Sara is not liable for any delay caused by the Carrier.
8. Delivery Checking and Acceptance
At the delivery, the Purchaser shall check the proper delivery of all ordered Products, such as:
the consistency with the relevant invoice or shipping documents (e.g. number of packages, etc.)
the entirety of the packaging (no damages, no humidity, etc. shall be present),
the original packing with the sticky tape from Confezioni Dolciarie Sara (it shall be undamaged)
the original packing from the Carrier, if present , (it shall be undamaged)
etc.
In case of any damage, the Purchaser shall:
notify immediately, or in any case no later than 8 days, the damage to the Carrier and to Confezioni Dolciarie Sara
accept the delivery “subject to condition”, in particular the Purchaser shall write on the shipping document: “SI ACCETTA CON RISERVA - COLLO SCONDIZIONATO" or " SI ACCETTA CON RISERVA and the description of the damage”
Only if the Purchaser completes the above points 1 and 2, Confezioni Dolciarie Sara will recognize the “Not Fully Accepted” delivery and then will proceed with new shipment with no extra costs.
Should the Purchaser not fulfills the above points 1 and 2, Confezioni Dolciarie Sara will in no case proceed to new shipment or reimbursement.
The Purchaser, once notified by the Carrier of the availability of the ordered Product, has up to 5 (five) days to pick it up; otherwise the PO will be cancelled and Confezioni Dolciarie Sara will charge all borne costs to the Purchaser.
9. Risks
Whatever the delivery term selected, the risks to ordered Products is transfered upon to the Purchaser delivery at the first carrier.
