Sara Dolciaria, small family-run artisan business, founded in 1990 by Gianfranco Umberti, deals with the production of nougat, chocolate, brittle and dried praline fruit.
Day after day, the love and passion for this work encouraged us to grow: we established a general partnership and specialized in the homemade production of confectionery products, especially nougat and chocolate.
Today, we are one of the few Italian companies that produce tender nougat cakes and chocolate cakes in about 50 different tastes for each production line.
