For more than 25 years, our pastry chefs have been making almond nougat according to the original recipe and processing; using only top quality Italian almonds.
The almond nougat then represents the basis for the production of nougat bars, tender nougat cakes, nougat small bars and much more with a more innovative taste, for example: white nougat with almond and chocolate, almond and gianduja nougat, white nougat with almond and cremino, white almond nougat and cocoa beans.
Pistachio nougat sale
Pistachio nougat is also produced starting from almond nougat and, also for this product, there are many formats to choose from.
We added soft and tender nougat cubes, pistachio and chocolate nougat cakes, nougat cakes with hazelnut cream, cocoa and pistachio and much more to the classic bars and nougats.
